Welcome to Every Life Tells a Story Coaching. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when engaging with our coaching programs.
Overview of Services
Every Life Tells a Story Coaching offers coaching programs to aspiring writers in three main
packages:
1. Small Group Coaching: A 12-week program for groups of 4–10 participants and 3 one-
on-one sessions.
2. Individual Coaching: A 10-session personalized program tailored to individual needs.
3. Free 30-Minute Meeting Session: A one-time introductory session to discuss goals and
program offerings.
All services are designed to motivate and guide clients in authoring short stories and fostering
creative growth.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to join the
programs. - By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use our services, and that all
information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
Payment and Fees
Full payment or a deposit (as specified during registration) must be made prior to the start
of your coaching program.
Payment plans may be offered for specific packages. Details will be provided upon
request.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and participants are responsible for any
additional fees incurred, such as foreign transaction fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free 30-Minute Meeting Session: This session is complimentary and cannot be
rescheduled more than once.
Small Group Coaching:
o Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a
full refund.
o Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will incur a 25%
cancellation fee.
o No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
Individual Coaching:
o Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
o Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
o Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive experience for all participants, the following guidelines must be observed:
Respect the opinions and creative work of others in group sessions.
Avoid disruptive behavior, offensive language, or harassment.
Use materials and feedback provided during the program solely for personal growth and
development.
Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program without
a refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, prompts, and resources provided by Every Life Tells a Story
Coaching remain the intellectual property of Eugen Rosu and Every Life Tells a Story
Coaching.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials without prior written
consent.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program administration and communication. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Every Life Tells a Story Coaching is not responsible for the outcomes of your writing
projects beyond the scope of the program.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the
use of our services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Participants will be notified of significant updates via email or program communication channels.
